I have over 12 years experience with HTML and building functional web sites. I have a strong eye for design and usability, including those with disabilities. I have the ability to design and manipulate images, graphics, and animation using Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash. I have the ability to create fully functional web site from marketing content and approved comps, using Photoshop, Dreamweaver and CSS. I have an understanding of user-centered design principles as well as being familiar with industry best practices and standards. I have an excellent understanding of web site architecture, typography, page layout and color theory and I can troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. I have experience with cross-browser compatible issues and I can perform QA and acceptance testing for accuracy.
I am a self-motivated team player, optimistic attitude and I am enthusiastic for learning new technologies. I have the ability to work within tight deadlines and constant design changes. I have great communication skills, strong organizational skills and good analytic and problem solving skills.

We placed Phillip at Idaho Power as a Web Designer in 2008. He was placed on a 6 month web-site redesign project but it was extended based on his excellent attitude and technical skills. Phillip has great knowledge and experience working with Flash, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. I would not hesitate in working with Phillip again.
